In FJ Flow, you can display a graphical settings screen from the “Settings” menu in the system tray to customize usability and appearance in real time. While the Free version allows you to launch the settings screen and make temporary customizations, the Pro version is required to automatically save and load your changes, or to import and export them to/from a file.

Key Features of the GUI

  • Flat Design and Improved Visibility:
    • A modern, flat design that completely eliminates 3D effects and recessed borders.
    • The cancel button is designed with a white background and gray text to maintain high visibility while preventing accidental clicks and confusion with the save button.
  • Expanded Window Size and Bug Resolving:
    • The GUI height is optimized to 740px, completely fixing issues with sidebar wrapping and broken layouts due to insufficient margins.
    • The “X” (close) button at the top right of the window is hidden, providing a safe design where you must explicitly choose either “Save Settings” or “Cancel” to close the screen.
  • Real-time Application and Preview:
    • The configured values (colors, opacity, blink rate, etc.) are immediately reflected in the preview screen as well as in the actual application behavior.
  • Dynamic Layout Adaptive to Keyboard Layout:
    • When an English (US) keyboard layout is detected at startup, unnecessary “IME-related settings” are automatically hidden. The layout automatically switches to a slim configuration UI focused on swapping CapsLock and Ctrl keys.
